Shipping policy

Shipping within the United Kingdom

• Standard Delivery (2-3 business days): Complimentary on all orders over £300. For orders under £300, a flat rate of £10 applies.

• Express Next-Day Delivery: Available for £20. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM GMT to qualify for next-day service.

 

Processing Times

• All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched from our London warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Order Tracking & Delivery

• All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure your items are received securely.
